1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through NordHandverk. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Products and Orders
Our products include both handcrafted furniture made in-house and items supplied through dropshipping partners. Handcrafted items are made with care and attention to detail, and because they are handmade from living materials such as wood, they may feature minor variations, tool marks, slight measurement discrepancies, and natural variations in wood texture and color. These characteristics are inherent to the nature of our products and make each piece unique. Dropshipping products are carefully selected to complement our handcrafted items and are shipped directly from our suppliers. An order confirmation will be sent via email immediately after the order is received.

3. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. Payments can be securely made via online banking, credit card, or other payment services. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery
We deliver products both from our own inventory and through third-party suppliers via dropshipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the product's availability and the delivery address. Please note that dropshipping items may arrive in separate shipments, and their delivery times may differ from those of our in-house products. Any additional delivery charges will be indicated at checkout.

5. Warranty and Complaints
All our handcrafted products come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Dropshipping products are covered by the warranty provided by the supplier, and any issues should be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that minor variations, tool marks, and the natural characteristics of wood are not manufacturing defects but part of the handcrafted product's nature. Approved complaints for both handcrafted and dropshipping products will be resolved either through a replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the product and the supplier's policies.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether the product was purchased directly from us or through a dropshipping partner. The return process may vary between products, and in some cases, the customer will need to follow the supplier’s return instructions. The return costs and conditions for dropshipping products may differ from those of our handcrafted items. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

7. Liability and Limitations
NordHandverk is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the products, normal wear and tear, variations inherent to handmade products and natural materials, or other external factors. For dropshipping products, liability for product defects lies with the supplier, and we will assist in resolving any issues in accordance with the supplier’s policies.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
